almost everyone I know has seen says that it is freaking awesome, but sadly I haven't seen it yet

I don't know I'll like the high tech effects.. I actually loved the original 60's series effects/ pp

Saw it Last Saturday...now I don't consider myself a trekie... but I've enjoied the sixties episodes and the only thing I stayed awake for was the camo by Leonard Nemoy... Sleep

i don't like the tv series at all, but i loved the movie, i'd love to see more movies with that crew

I like the low budget tv series. They seem to spend more time on the writing and acting, when you don't have all the fx along with it to deal with.

doesn't seem that way to me... just watch the damn things! there is a reason why trekkies are seen as the lowest of low within the geek community
