what a retard, in many parts of asia the feet are considered unclean. in some parts walking over a sleeping man or in any other way move so that your feet is over the head of someone else is such a horrible thing to do that they will cut you bad for it. why do kings sit on higher more decorated seats? so that they will be physically above those with lower rang. throwing a shoe in the east is 10 times worse then giving the finger.
