Favorite meat?

I have been cooking up a lot of Salmon lately.. and I'm getting pretty good at it now.

It's so tasty when cooked just right. It's gotta be my favorite meat!

My favorite 'meat' would probably have to be a tie between cooked mushrooms *don't like them raw* and seitan.
Veggie burgers and other faux 'meats' are also tasty, I just don't eat them often.

Since moving back home, my parents do make sure that I eat fish at least once in a month due to fish oil being good for your brain's ability to focus...good, which has been a problem of mine for a long time. You do get the same result with flaxseed, but eh, I've learned to pick my battles. ;D

Well.. I've also viewed fish as kind of like bread. haha. it actually has about the same fiber levels... and is actually lower in fat than some bread. fry

Favorite white meat- chicken. There's just so much you can do with it.

Favorite red meat- the amazing and beautiful pork product known simply as bacon. Only problem is, I'm getting ready to stop eating swine again. BLEAAHHHHHH.
